A former Rutgers recruit, Glenn Carson, a linebacker and wrestler from Southern Regional High School in Mannahawkin, was charged with DUI. The four star prospect drew interest from the Knights before committing to Penn State. The public drunkenness and underage drinking charges came in connection with a July 25th incident, according to Penn State police, and is just the latest in a string of incidents that have tainted Joe Paterno's once highly regarded program.
